CTR is a gym for everyone!

Our cheer abilities team, Unstoppable, is made up of athletes with all abilities. Each athlete is paired with a selected buddy who helps with formation changes, tumbling and dancing. Exceptional Athletes, like all athletes, have the opportunity to gain valuable life lessons and skills such as time management, confidence, mental focus, teamwork and so much more. Participants develop friendships that last a lifetime and learn the value of self-determination. Being active in sports also demonstrates the benefit of independence and the respect that comes with inclusion. Our goal is to meet athletes where they are and include them in something that is much bigger than cheer, all while doing what we love
